Professor Chris Lowe – Director/Co-Founder
As a Director/Co-founder of Psynova Neurotech, Professor Lowe’s years of commercially focused research have led to the establishment of 6 spin-out companies, including Affinity Sensors Ltd, Purely Proteins Ltd, Cambridge Sensors Ltd, ProMetic Biosciences Inc and Smart Holograms Ltd.
Currently a Director of the Institute of Biotechnology (IOB) at Cambridge University, Professor Lowe has published 280 publications, 7 monographs and 50 patents. He is actively involved in various worldwide collaborations, is on the Editorial Boards of a number of academic journals and sits on various Research Council and Government Committees. Just a few of his awards include, the Queen’s Award for Technological Achievement and the Jubilee Medal of the Chromatographic Society.
In 2006 Chris won the award "Most Entrepreneurial Scientist of the UK"
